No, we do not have a permanent event space. But throughout the year, we open a seasonal touring pop-up space. You can find out where we’re popping up next here and to be the first to hear when limited tickets are released sign up to our newsletter here.
Our founder Nina loves speaking on panels and podcasts sharing her expertise on creative wellness, the power of creative play, how to develop rituals to look after your mental health and wellbeing and resources on healthy productivity -working with your energy not against it to manage and relieve burnout.

Yes, absolutely! our founder Nina is available to work on a freelance basis curating and producing events and retreats for employee wellbeing programmes, member events for member clubs and coworking spaces and community events for co-living spaces. Yes, absolutely all workshops and events are designed to be held onsite at clients' locations across the UK. We’ll take care of all the logistics and set up your location be it an office, co-living space or festival location with all the materials and equipment needed for your corporate craft workshop.
Creative workshop packages start from £1,000 (based on a group of 15 guests). Yes, all skill sets are welcome. No previous experience or artistic background required
The workshop will begin promptly, therefore we request that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session. This will give you time to get settled and meet your new friends. If you are going to be late please let us know in advance.
All workshop materials and aprons are provided.
Your workshop makes will be available for you to take home after the workshop. I’ll help you package up your piece to take home safe safely but feel free to bring your trusty tote bag with you.
Yes. The menu for the evening is a seasonal plant-based meal which can be adapted to accommodate dietary requirements such as celiac, vegan or nut allergies. Email us at hello@recessliving.com to discuss your dietary requirements.
If you can't make your booking date, please contact hello@recessliving.com as soon as possible. All event bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Absolutely, it will be our pleasure to host you either at the studio or a venue of your choice.
Private bookings are available for groups of 12 or more to arrange a craft party for you and your friends please complete an enquiry form here
